If your business is familiar with QuickBooks® and the Internet, then you’ll easily understand how our eBookkeeper works. Simply put, it’s our way of managing your QuickBooks® files on an incredibly secure server, so we can perform your day-to-day accounting from our own offices.
Each day, you’ll fax us all your financial documents, including statements, invoices, and receipts. Our trained, knowledgeable staff will enter the data into QuickBooks® and store it electronically, so it’s immediately filed where it should be.
When you log on to your account, you’ll find thorough financial data that is up-to-date and easy to understand. Checks are prepared for you to print and sign, and customer and financial reports are complete. Because we have so much experience with the software, we can emphasize the functions that will help you gain the clearest understanding of your individual company.
